Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

By ordering from Belle Bakery NY, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept that these Conditions may be modified or amended and posted on this website from time to time.

ORDERING

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Cake orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours after placing your order. After that, they are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  Orders cancelled three days prior to the agreed upon delivery date will not be refunded.  There will be no modification requests allowed within the week of the fulfillment date.

 For catering orders, we require a 50% non refundable deposit upon agreement to secure your event's order.  The remaining payment owed must be sent no later than one week before the event's date.  If payment is not received, you will risk your order getting cancelled.  Any cancellations within the week of the event will not be refunded.  There will be no modification requests allowed within the week of the fulfillment date.

DAMAGES

Belle Bakery NY assumes no liability or responsibility after the order leaves our kitchen in an event of a pick up, or after the order has been delivered to the final address for delivery.

ALLERGENS

We handle and produce items containing various nuts and coconut products.  We do everything to avoid cross contamination but any persons with severe allergies should consume our products at their own discretion.
